01. Eligibility and Acceptance
By clicking "Sign Up" or accessing the PiByt platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the full capacity to enter into this Agreement. Access to certain services may be restricted based on your jurisdiction's local regulations. You agree to be bound by these terms and any subsequent modifications.
02. Scope of Services
PiByt provides a decentralized-adjacent digital asset trading environment including Spot Trading, Liquidity Pools, and Peer-to-Peer networking. We act solely as a venue; we do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All trades are executed automatically based on your cryptographic instructions.
03. AML & KYC Compliance
To prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, PiByt may require identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to make inquiries to verify your identity. Accounts found providing fraudulent data or operating from sanctioned jurisdictions will be permanently terminated without notice.
04. Risk Disclosure
Digital Asset Trading is Highly Speculative.
Prices can be extremely volatile. You should only trade capital that you can afford to lose. PiByt is not responsible for market losses, slippage, flash crashes, or user-side security breaches (lost private keys). By using the protocol, you acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology.
05. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- / Market manipulation, including wash trading or front-running.
- / Exploiting software bugs or latency for unfair advantage.
- / Using PiByt to facilitate illegal gambling or darknet transactions.
06. Fees and Settlement
All transaction fees are calculated and displayed prior to execution. PiByt reserves the right to adjust fee schedules with a 7-day notice via the platform dashboard. All on-chain settlements are final and irreversible once confirmed by the network.
07. Account Termination
PiByt may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement or regulatory pressure. Upon termination, you will have a 48-hour window to withdraw remaining assets unless prohibited by law.
