By accessing or using the PiByt interface, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access to the protocol and withdraw any liquid assets from your operational wallets.

The services offered by PiByt are strictly intended for users who are at least **18 years of age**. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

PiByt provides a purely technical interface for digital asset trading. **We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.** All information on the platform is for educational and operational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of the protocol.

PiByt operates as a **no-KYC (Know Your Customer) platform** to preserve user privacy and decentralization. We do not require identity documentation for standard operation. However, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to request KYC verification if (a) your account is suspected of fraudulent activity, or (b) if localized law enforcement or regulatory requirements necessitate such disclosure.

PiByt strives for 99.9% uptime. However, we reserve the right to suspend trading for scheduled maintenance or emergency security patches. During these windows, orders may be paused, and withdrawals may be temporarily queued. PiByt is not liable for price movements occurring during maintenance windows.
